Ah Mei is forever my Super Diva!
I just watched this performance of hers which I think was from last year. These songs brings back fond memories of home, performing on stage, and singing my heart out.
I've been singing since I'm 7 (wow geez that was 1990, I didn't even understand the purpose of singing on the stage!). My dad basically acted like my 'manager' and enrolled my in classes/choirs/competitions(he also was my very own vocal coach!), and for that I'm forever grateful!
But it wasn't until I fell in love with Ah Mei then I become ever more passionate about singing. Why did it stop? I wonder why. But I won't dwell in the past, I shall come back stronger than ever!
Watch this if u r an Ah Mei's fan. Her live performance always deliver!

A commercial break from study
I have a really short attention span. I can't sit still to study for a few minutes without feeling restless and, thus turning my attention to something else like net.
I can't live without internet. And I'm finally Uncapped!!! Woots Woots!!
Anyway..... if u are wondering why this blog is so random, it's because I mainly post in xanga...
Hence...
www.xanga.com/kelly_siew is the place to go!

Procrastinating Champion
So after studying my Rheumatology Examination and Neurological exam til late last nite, exhausted by the amount of nerves roots I have to test for, I decided I should play a game of chuzzle to reward me and to relax b4 I sleep.
I hereby reclaim my title of Chuzzle Champion! Go Lely, try to beat this score again! hehehe

And there's some random photos I took in the city the other day.

Melbourne Central! I wonder why I haven't taken this photo before, but it's here now!
Anyway back to studying... Good luck to those who's having exams! And to others, Thanks God it's Friday!

Alert! Exams approaching
And I desperately need to fix my sleeping pattern so I can study properly during the day!
So this orthopaedic/dermatology/plastic/periop med/rheumatology block runs for 6 weeks, then comes the exams.
I'll have to
week 1 (which is this week) - revise Block one Cardiology/Respiratory system. Practise Cardio/Resp exams.
week 2 - Block 2 Neurology, Ophthalmology, ENT. Neurological exams on upper limbs and lower limbs, Eye examination including Ophthalmascope, Cranial Nerves
week 3 - Block 3 Renal, Urology, Endocinology. Problem oriented examination for diabetic foot.
week 4 - Block 5 Oncology, Haematology, Infectious Disease (because we are doing block 4 atm so i'll leave it to the end). Lymph nodes examination. The big four cancers, Lung, Prostate, Breast/Ovarian, Leukemia/Lymphonas.
week 5 - Block 6 Gastroenterology/General Surgery. Gastro exams.
week 6 - Block 4 and also everything else that I might have rushed through because it might be less important. Knee and Hip examination, small joint examination for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
And during this 6 weeks. Clerk at least 3 patients outside block 4. And keep practising taking history with colleagues and patients.
Sounds like a good plan. Now I'll just have to stick to it.
Good luck to me!
