Happy Sunday! Hope you are having an amazing weekend. It has been a busy couple of weeks and I feel like I have a lot to catch up on!
I didn't get my newsletter out last week, because we were on our family reunion trip to Hawaii. We actually had both my parents come too. All of our family get along super well, so it's fun to be able to travel altogether. It was so special to have Cody's parents be able to come, Hawaii is one of their favorite places and since they are in their 80s they weren't sure if they would be able to go again. Getting them into the ocean with the help of Cody's siblings was the sweetest moment ever that we will never forget!
We loved just hanging with the family all week and having most of Cody's siblings there. Here's a video we made. We are missing a few but have a good chunk of the crew :)
Mara, Cody and I used the best ever tanning oil on our trip - it makes you super golden brown :) if you burn easily, I would use it with your SPF. I don't use this on my face, only my body! For my face I always use my tinted SPF and a hat over my face.
Right when we got home from Hawaii, I turned around and left for a Walmart Home brand trip to Arkansas. It was my first time in Arkansas. I met the sweetest group of girls and the Walmart team was amazing. Sometimes when I go to events, I leave feeling totally drained. This felt like one of the best events I have been to, I left feeling so inspired and grateful for women I met.
The Walmart team give us a sneak peek to some upcoming furniture launches we got to look at holiday stuff and hear a lot about the core values of the company. I'm really excited about the stuff they have coming out. I shared a few pics of upcoming launches in my stories, but I'll be sharing more soon!
I am back home with my kids now and spending the weekend watching Mara in her lacrosse tournaments and spending laid back time with my kids. Summer is going so fast already and I can't believe it's already July!
