Happy Sunday! The big news is WE GOT A PUPPY!! We actually got him a few weeks ago. His name is Oso which is Spanish for Bear, because he looks like a little bear! Well we kind of think bear and wolf :) After Beckam's brain injury, I researched and read how dogs are so good for healing. I didn't even think twice - I left the house on Saturday with Mara and said pick a puppy. You can pick whatever kind you want - we're going to surprise the family! The kids are SO excited!  Its been so much fun but I totally forgot how much work puppies are! Feels like we have a newborn again 🤪 but without the diapers.  This week flew by - Cody was out of town most of the week so it was busy with the kids. Mara had a tennis banquet. They did a formal theme so it was fun getting dressed up and getting to support her :) It was funny because I guess they sent a message out on group me a couple hours before saying parents didn't have to dress up if they didn't want to. But I totally missed the message so half the parents were dressed up and half were in jeans :) I can't believe we are over halfway through October already!!  I have ZERO ideas what the kids or fam are being for Halloween. Please send me your family costume ideas if you have any haha. I wore this sleeveless silk dress that I already had in my closet. It is perfect for so many occasions - weddings, events, parties, galas, etc. Its so comfy and flattering and its under $100!  It comes in a few colors. I'm obsessed with all things brown and suede. I just ordered this brown suede bag (under $25!!) and this brown suede jacket I had this cash soft matching set last year and gray, and I loved it so much - it was a bestseller for sure. I just got this taupe version and chocolate brown version. On sale! I polled my readers about this hatch alarm/light last week. I've been wanting to keep my phone away from me at bedtime and I'm excited to try this out. 99.9% of reviews were people obsessed with it - said it changed their sleep - so I will report back on what I think. My sleep patterns have just been so off.  pumpkin chocolate chip muffins My kids and I are obsessed with these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins!  We seriously make them like once a week haha - they are so simple and easy.  We just use this box and add in chocolate chips :) just wanted to share in case you're needing a quick and easy yummy fall dessert!  Christmas decorations I can't believe its already time to start getting Christmas decor!  It seems like the good items always sell out quickly each year. This acrylic Nutcracker is so beautiful and such a good affordable dupe to a more expensive version!  I also stocked up on these pretty gold ornaments, I got a set last year and they sold out quickly. Now is the time to grab if you are needing anything new this year! Everything in this photo linked here.  light up pickleball set We gave Ollie this light up pickleball set for his birthday and its been a big hit!  It would make such a great kids or family Christmas gift. The net, paddles and ball all light up and we've had so much fun playing with it :) chocolate brown pieces for fall I've been obsessed with all things chocolate brown this fall.  I recently got this affordable brown suede jacket and love it!  I also just got this knit brown matching set and this brown leather bag.  The bag is really big and perfect for everyday mom bag, work bag or travel.  I've been wearing these tortoise blue light glasses on repeat lately and get so many compliments on them.  I've had these brown leather boots for years and still wear them tons!
