✨Parents & In-Laws Gift Ideas 🎁Top gift picks for parents, in-laws, grandparents, etc. Some on sale!!Gifts for parents and in-laws can be so tough, so I’ve put together a few ideas I’ve done in the past in case you need some ideas too! These are things that my parents currently use and love, and why I think they’d be good gifts…. First is the Aura Ring. My dad got one this year, and he really likes it. He feels like it helps track his sleep and some of his other health things, and he’s really liked it so I thought it would make a great gift! Next, a couple years ago I got my parents this KitchenAid mixer. It was something that my mom wouldn’t buy for herself, but once she got it, she was like… wow, this is amazing! She absolutely loves hers. I feel like sometimes when it comes to parent gifts, it’s about things that maybe they wouldn’t treat themselves to but know they’d love. Skin care is another one. I like to treat my mom to skin care things I love that maybe she wouldn’t think to get for herself. I do this for both my mom and stepmom! My stepmom loves Clinique - this mascara is her favorite and would make a great gift! Its on sale right now 20% off too! (Use code: SAVEGIFTS) I also gave my mom some of my favorite eye patches to try and she loves them. They are also on sale and would make such a great gift! This is a before & after pic of Cody and I….its crazy how well these work! Everyone I’ve given these to totally loves them. On sale right now too, 20% off!! The AuraFrame. This is something new that we haven’t given to them yet, but I’m planning on giving to my parents this year. I LOVE photos, and I’m sending them photos all the time. So I feel like this is just a pretty way to display them and send them new pics! If you use my code CHRISTINE you can get $30 off on the full price of Aura’s Aspen Frame Holiday Exclusive Stone Collection frame. Aura was nice enough to send me one and I just loaded some photos on the frame I got for my parents and love how it looks! They are going to love having this on their counter! #AuraFramesPartner Another gift that we’ve gotten our parents before was the Walmart delivery service. You could get them a grocery delivery service to wherever they like to shop. I feel like grocery delivery is really nice just because sometimes they don’t want to run to the store and it’s so convenient. We love using grocery delivery at my house and I feel like it’s something they like too! I also love giving just activities that are quality time together. As a parent, as my kids get older, I just want to spend time with my kids. My teenagers are busy and so anytime they ask me to do something, I’m honestly so excited just to hang out with them. And I see that with my parents now too - whether we take them to dinner or go play games at their house. Activities we’ve gifted our parents before: a concert, Cody’s dad to the gun range, his mom for a pedicure. I feel like quality time is always something parents love. One year, a neighbor gifted my mom a nice cozy blanket, and she loved it so much. It’s one of her favorite blankets now! A nice blanket isn’t something that she would normally treat herself to, but she loves it! I love this blanket - my best friend got these for both her mom and MIL this year and I thought it was such a good idea! My stepmom really loves homemade gifts from the kids. She was a teacher, so I don’t know if that’s part of it but personally as a mom I love those type of gifts too. So I’ve framed some of the kids art before to give to them. We’ve made mugs or a dish for my parents, pot planters, etc. Also, my mom likes to write out notes so one year I went on minted and made a personalized notepad that said like best grandma on it. She loves using it when she writes out her grocery or to-do lists. I hope these ideas are helpful!! Let me know if you’ve found anything you love for parents /in laws! xx Christine Christine’s Substack is free today.
